We want your purchase to meet all of your needs. If you are unhappy with your phone case, you can request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packing, undamaged, and original condition. To start the procedure, email us at support@merophonecase.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: As soon as we get and review the item you returned, we’ll let you know and process the return to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or design, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.
